Russell Public Library Board of Trustees

The Russell Public Library Board will meet regularly on the third Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the library. All meetings are open to the public unless a special executive session is called in addition to the regular meeting. The Chairman of the Board and/or the Library Director/Librarian may call special meetings.
